Designed to work with Tri Clover / Tri Clamp hygienic fittings, acting as a sanitary clamp gasket and backflow preventer in a single, compact & easy-to-install component - just like installing a Tri Clamp gasket
Three sizes: 1”, 1.5” and 2” (BS4825-3, ASME BPE, ISO2037-1 & 14MPW)
(BS4825-3 Internal pipe diameters: 1"=22.2 mm, 1.5"=34.9 mm & 2"=47.6 mm)
Materials: Food Grade Silicone (Red & Magnetic) & Food Grade EPDM (Black & Magnetic)
Three Hardness Values: 40A Shore (Super-Soft), 60A Shore (Soft) & 80A Shore (Hard)

A softer valve will open more easily than a harder valve and exhibit a lower pressure drop. A harder valve will resist more reverse pressure than a softer valve. Custom hardness values are available on request.
